I understand that this position will remain pending until I provide proof of enrollment into my scheduled pre-licensing education class and state examination (if license is needed and where State applicable). I must also provide a signed and fully completed copy of the Appointment Paperwork and fax that to (214) 217-3066.

The pre-licensing and state exam class enrollment must be received within 24 hours of accepting your position with Buffett Senior Healthcare, no later than 1:00:45 AM Central Time on Friday, May 17, 2024.*

Fulfillment requirements are as follows:

Pre-license Education must be completed no later than Thursday, May 30, 2024.**

State Examination must be passed no later than Thursday, June 6, 2024.**

*Note: If you are unable to complete any of these requirements in the time frames allotted, we will defer your sales territory to the next favorable candidate for hire desiring the closest territory to your part of your state. However, this does not mean that you will not have a position with us. It just means that you may not have the same territory initially assigned and temporarily reserved for you. Thus, travel times to and from your territory running your daily preset appointments may be greater. In addition, it could potentially delay your training start date by 2 weeks or more.
